I am most easily contacted by email at elena {at} biscuitsandsuch {dot} com. If you’d like to mail us something via the living person mail system, just let me know and we can arrange something. Unless it’s something we don’t want, like escarole.
Not to be outdone by my father, you can also find Biscuits & Such on most of the hip social networking sites. Follow us on facebook or blogher, read our every 140 character thought on twitter, and subscribe to our rss feed for our recipes right there in your inbox/rss reader. On springpad you can add my original recipes to your weekly meal planner or spring them onto your own profile. We have instructional videos on Vimeo right now, and we’re resolving to make more in 2010. If you’re interested in asking us questions that may not appear on the FAQ page (or aren’t food related) you can ask them at formspring. You could even go so far as to look at our photos on flickr, though I can’t promise that 90% of them won’t include us making stupid faces. Oh! And if you’re browsing at the Library of Congress, we’re filed under ISSN #1948-1128!
If you feel like shopping in support of B&S, browse my shop for the products I use everyday (read: new immersion blender that I want to elope with).
In addition to b&s, I write a food column called Southern Table on the southern living blog, The Love List. I also write a weekly column for iVillage called “From Arugula to Ziti” found in the “Food News” section. In the past I’ve contributed to the Well Fed Network. If you’d like to talk with me about writing for your site, you know where to email.
Outside of the food world, Dan and I also own a small business, Pressed Magnolia Studio. We do event photography and design, serving the Baltimore/Washington DC metro area.
Dan can be found on his own website, or on twitter. He may still be available for web design, though it takes more bacon intrigue these days for him to commit to a new venture.
My father, Captain James Rosemond of Tortuga Charters, has a featured section (the Captain Cooks) on b&s, and can be found here. He is also on twitter, though his 140 characters are not as hilarious as the videos he makes.
